Shipping policy

OLA & CO Home delivers Australia Wide. We work closely with both Australia Post and local couriers to delivery your items quickly and securely. 

Normally, orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from the order being received. Dispatch times might be extended during busy or sale periods, and towards the end of the year.

Delivery times may vary and can take up to 5-7 business days in metro areas, after dispatch. Delivery times may be longer in regional areas. 

Please note, all orders will be granted with Authority to Leave (ATL), unless otherwise stated on your order comments. If you do not wish ATL to be granted on your delivery, please provide comments in your order notes at checkout with delivery instructions.
